About this opportunity
Volunteer at one of Oakville's premier cultural venues as part of the Front of House team. Student volunteers help create a welcoming experience for audiences attending live performances at the Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts.
What you'll do
- Greet patrons and assist with coat check
- Help with Front of House operations on event nights
- Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
Program details
- Ages 16 and up (parental consent required)
- Runs May and June only
- Minimum commitment: 6 shifts over two months (more are always welcome)
- Shifts are typically 3.5 to 4 hours, mainly evenings and weekends
- Dress code: plain black t-shirt
- All assigned shifts must be completed to receive a volunteer hours record
